What does this notice cover and who we are?

This notice describes how Treasure Global Limited ("Gestreon", "we", "us" or "our") processes your personal data. It also describes your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing which Gestreon carries out. This notice applies to users of the Gestreon website. The data processing described in this notice may be limited as required by applicable law.
We may also provide you with additional information when we collect personal data, where we feel it would be helpful to provide relevant and timely information.


What personal data we collect

We collect the following information about you when you visit our website, make purchases from our online shop or contact us:

                How do you manage these technologies?

                How we share your personal data

                  We may share your data with our partners such as consignment stores, boutiques, designers and brands to provide you with the products you are interested in.

In particular, we use third party providers to power our online shop, as well as providers of website hosting, maintenance and payment services.

                   

                  If Gestreon is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser's adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.

                   

                  Your choices and rights

                    You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide in a structured, machine readable format. In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances (in particular, where we don’t have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement).

                     

                    These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep. If you have unresolved concerns, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority where you live, work or believe a breach has taken place.                     Data that is mandatory is indicated on relevant forms that you complete. Where provision of data is mandatory, if relevant data is not provided, then we will not be able to fulfil your requests to register, make a purchase or otherwise engage with Gestreon. All other provision of your information is optional.

                     

                    How long we retain your personal data

                      We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. We may retain your Personal Data for a longer period than usual in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.

                       

                      Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.

                       

                      Where we process personal data for site security purposes, we retain it for 12 months.

                       

                      Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the data for 6 years from your last interaction with us.

                        We reserve the right to update this privacy notice at any time, and we will provide you with a new privacy notice when we make any substantial updates.
