Taxes & Duties
For customer based in the United Kingdom
Prices are inclusive of taxes and duties. You will not be required to pay any additional charges on delivery.
For customer based in the rest of the world
Prices are exclusive of all relevant import duties and sales taxes. You may be required to pay local import duties and taxes directly to our carrier DHL at time of delivery to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
For items sourced by private sellers (professional/private collectors and personal shoppers)
Items will be shipped from seller's location to Gestreon for extra authentication and quality control before being shipped to the customer. Prices are exclusive of all relevant import duties and sales taxes. You may be required to pay local import duties and taxes directly to our carrier DHL at time of delivery to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
For customer based in the United Kingdom, you will be required to pay import duties and sales taxes from the seller's respective location.
Delivery Options
1. DHL Express delivery
Item located in the UK may take 1-2 business days to arrive with you after it's been dispatched from our seller partners.
Item located in the EU may take 3-5 business days to arrive with you after it's been dispatched from our seller partners.
Item located in other countries may take 7-10 business days to arrive with you after it’s been dispatched from our seller partners.
For item sourced by private sellers (professional/private collectors and personal shoppers), you have the option to select "Direct Shipping" or "Extra Authentication & Verification Shipping" at check out. Item with "Extra Authentication & Verification Shipping" will go through extra authentication and quality control carried out independently by Gestreon before being shipped to the customer. We aim to complete the process within 1-2 business days. All items above £1,000 are shipped with "Extra Authentication & Verification" by default.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Our seller partners aim to dispatch items as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. For non-standard periods such as during a promotion, dispatch time may vary and can take up to 3-7 business days. GESTREON cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we work hard to minimise any potential delays.
2. Next-day delivery (UK)
Next-day delivery is available on some pieces. Where applicable, this will be shown as an option at checkout.
Orders must be placed by 12-noon GMT, Monday - Thursday. Orders placed by 12-noon GMT on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

3. Same-day delivery (London)
Same-day delivery is available on some pieces. Where applicable, this will be shown as an option at checkout.
Orders must be placed by 10:00 GMT. Orders placed after 10:00 GMT will be delivered next business day, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery Preferences
DHL On Demand
DHL is our primary delivery partner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification by text or email with a delivery date and any additional options offered by DHL On Demand in your area.
Schedule the delivery
If the delivery date doesn’t suit you, you can reschedule by selecting another date within the following 5 days.
Collect from a DHL service point
You may prefer to collect your order from a local DHL service point or parcel locker. DHL will let you know when it’s ready to collect.
Leave with a neighbour or reception
You can appoint a neighbour or reception security to accept your delivery on your behalf. All you need to do is let DHL know the name and address.
Vacation hold
DHL will hold your package for up for 30 days. You can let DHL know when you’re back and they will deliver your parcel on the chosen date.
