Returns & Refunds
By purchasing a Gestreon pre-owned / vintage / archive item, you continue its narrative and reduce environmental impact of using new resources. We encourage you to make a positively conscious decision when making a purchase and return of the product, so together we can work to reduce unnecessary carbon emission due to product return transportation.
However, if your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you've got 14 days from when you receive your order to have your items sent back to us for a refund or exchange for platform credit.
Items sourced by individual sellers, including professional collectors, private collectors and personal shoppers are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. You can relist your item purchased from individual sellers within 3 days of delivery without any selling fees. If you wish to relist a piece, please contact customercare@thegestreon.com with your name, address and order number.
Returned pieces must comply with the following:
All pieces must be returned unused and unworn, in the same condition they arrived in without additional wear, with the branded tags and return tag attached.
All pieces must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, as well as any included accessories and documentation, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Where possible, items should be returned using the original postal packaging provided.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Faulty & Not as described items
Pre-owned products sold at Gestreon have undergone rigorous inspection prior to sale to guarantee their quality, precision and authenticity. Due to the vast history and extensive journey of our preloved and vintage products, marks might be visible despite our consignment and vintage boutique partners' effort to describe them.
In the rare occasion where you find that your piece is faulty (for new items) or condition not as described (for pre-owned items), please contact customercare@thegestreon.com
How to return
If you wish to return a piece to us, please contact customercare@thegestreon.com with your name, address and order number.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, authenticated and accepted, we will process a refund or issue you platform credit, depending on your preference.
A £15 return fee and non-refundable 4% card payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds will be completed via the original payment method. The funds may take up to 10 business working days to be credited back into your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Store credit will be issued via a gift card, which can be redeemed towards your future orders.
