Founded by Céline and Richard Vapiana in 1945 originally as a made-to-measure children's shoe store at 52 Rue Malte in Paris, early success sees the Celine expand to multiple stores and eventually the brand repositions itself with its first ready-to-wear offering for women in 1960 and women's shoe line in 1963. A historical moment for Celine when Phoebe Philo joins as the House's new creative director in 2008, she opens a new chapter for Celine as her strong, clean lines and elegant, minimalist aesthetic speak to contemporary consumers. Since then Celine has become a symbol of modern minilism and sophistication and is renowned for its understanding of what women really want to wear.

Fendi was founded in 1925 by Edoardo and Adele Fendi in Rome and began as an elegant handbag label and fur workshop. The house's first ready-to-wear collection debuted in 1969 under the creative direction of the late Karl Lagerfeld, who seamlessly melded modern fashion with classic craftsmanship for 54 years. With the support of British Vogue accessories editor Tamara Mellon, Jimmy Choo co-founded his eponymous shoe label in London in 1996. From the beginning, the brand received global recognition for creating playfully glamorous shoes and accessories that are handcrafted in Italy. Jimmy Choo’s second retail store opened in Los Angeles in 1999 and the designs instantly became a red-carpet staple. Originating from a family of shoemakers, American shoe designer and entrepreneur Stuart Weitzman launched his eponymous brand in 1986. Weitzman's designs are known for both fashion and function and are artisanally crafted in Spain using a precisely engineered fit. The brand has also created one-of-a-kind designs, including a pair of platinum sandals adorned with 464 diamonds that actress Laura Harring wore to the 2002 Academy Awards. Luxury Italian fashion house Valentino was founded in 1959 by Valentino Garavani. Modelling his business after the fashion empires he saw in Paris, Garavani started his namesake line in Rome, Italy. Yves Saint Laurent's famous saying, ‘Fashions fade, style is eternal’, still rings true for the Parisian house. After working alongside Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent founded his own label in 1966.
